Job Duties: | Daily cash count of collection from business units according to the Sales Report of the Opera and Portal systems. Daily generation and download to XLS via web-based Point-of-Sales system for gift shop Sales Report. Daily preparation of sales data upload for SAP system entries on gift shop sales and cost of sales. Print collected account receivable of different business units. Preparation of deposit tickets based on the total cash or check collection from the different business units. Daily generation of Sales Report from Opera System/APHIIRev for hotel. Daily SAP posting of sales from the different business units to include cash, credit card, and charge accounts of the hotel. Debit note and intercompany posting of room/bar and other charges for the month. SAP comparison review of Opera-Market/Room statistics for Monthly Hotel Room Revenue. Monthly sales and gross profit analysis report for gift shop. Monthly merchandise Inventory Report for gift shop. Monthly revenue report for hotel. Monthly preparation of billing to on-account customers and affiliates of the different business units. Posting of approved monthly recurring charges and other related invoices from vendors of the different business units. Releasing of all posted Purchase Requisitions in material management of the hotel. Purchase order creation, releasing, and printing from SAP for Manager's approval. Other duties and responsibilities as needed/instructed. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must have at least 24 months prior work experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant, or Accountant. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Management. Must be skilled in the use of various operating systems such as but not limited to: SAP Business Objects Data Integrator, Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Office, Windows, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer/Edge), and payroll software. Must be able and willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays. |
