Job Title: Massage Therapist
Job Duties: Performs therapeutic massages of soft tissues and joints. May assist in the assessment of range of motion and muscle strength, or propose clients therapy plans. Massage muscles and soft tissues of the body to provide treatment for medical conditions, injuries, or wellness maintenance. Accompany national teams to local and international tournaments. Travels with the National teams during trainings and competitions in DEDEDO, GUAM (POSTAL CODE 96912); BUNKYO-KU, TOKYO, JAPAN (POSTAL CODE 113-8311) AND MANILA, PHILIPPINES (POSTAL CODE 1771) and other countries for matches organized by East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) and Asian Football Confederation (AFC).
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Knowledge in assessing clients' conditions, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion. Provide guidance and information about techniques for postural improvement and stretching, strengthening, relaxation, and rehabilitative exercise related to football or soccer. May be able to travel with the teams to countries specified in the job duties. High School/GED required. With twenty four (24) months of minimum work experience and twelve (12) months of training required.

Fringe Benefits: BOARD AND LODGING, OR OTHER FACILITIES: Employer will assist employee to find a suitable place, board & lodging. Assistance service at no cost to the employee. For transportation, daily pick-up from the worker’s place to NMIFA in 4627 As Gonno Road, Koblerville, and back will be provided in compliance with all applicable Federal and Commonwealth laws and regulations. On-the-Job Training Available: Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned.
Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025. THREE FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays or the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work upon completion of the work contract. Or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
