Job Title: Reinforcing Metal Worker
Job Duties: Position and secure steel bars, rods, cables or mesh in concrete forms in order to reinforce concrete, using fasteners, rod-bending and cutting machines and hand tools for construction projects including marine and land piling projects. Space and fasten rods together in forms using wire and pliers. Cut rods to required lengths using metal shears, hacksaws, bar cutters or acetylene torches. Qualification Requirements: One (1) year experience as a Reinforcing Metal Worker; off-island hires must complete a health screening prior to working on Guam; successful applicant must be able to obtain military base access.
