Job Duties: | Supervise the work of office, administrative, or service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures. Review records or reports pertaining to activities such as production, payroll, or deadlines and work assignments to verify details, monitor work activities, or evaluate performance. Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems. Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office or service employees. Research, compile, and prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, or other information required by management or governmental agencies. Implement corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management. Compute figures such as balances, totals, or costing for labor and materials. Maintain records pertaining to inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, or machine maintenance. Develop work schedules according to budgets and workloads. Analyze financial activities of establishments or departments and provide input into budget planning and preparation processes. Monitor inventory levels and requisition or purchase supplies as needed. Arrange for necessary maintenance or repair work. |

Qualification Requirements: | High School diploma with at least 24 months of previous work-related skill, knowledge and experience. Advance skills and experience in Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook. Extensive experience in creating weekly and monthly reports and weekly personnel work schedule. Knowledge and extensive experience in customer service management and tenant computerized invoicing system; strategic planning, resource allocation, coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and work place technology. Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations. |

Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on May 11, 2024 to May 10, 2025. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
