Job Title: Bartender
Job Duties: Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Collect money for drinks served. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Clean bars, work areas, and tables. Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons. Serve wine, bottled, cans or draft beer. Plan, organize, and control the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar. Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws. Process cash transactions through Point of Sale (POS) software. Receive and complete guest order of snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar. Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drink orders. Create drink recipes. Order or requisition liquors and supplies. Must meet the local and federal requirements for food handler and other alcoholic beverage training. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: 12 MONTHS WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD OR ORDER. MUST POSSESS A STRONG KNOWLEDGE IN SERVICE STANDARDS, GUEST RELATIONS AND ETIQUETTE. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FLEXIBLE SHIFTS (WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, NIGHT AND DAYS). MUST BE ABLE TO STAND FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO BEND, LIFT, CARRY & MOVE ITEMS WEIGHING 50 POUNDS.

This a temporary, full-time position of at least 35 hours per work week with employment period beginning May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE for Employment offered is for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any (20 CFR 655.423(f)). Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h). Transportation and subsistence will be provided to the worker from the place of origin to the place of employment. Upon conclusion of the job opportunity, employer will provide the return transportation and substance to the place of origin or place of recruitment (20 CFR 655.423(j)(1)).
