| Job Duties: | • Perform general cleaning of buildings or properties. • Fabricate or repair counters, benches, partitions, or other wooden structures, such as sheds or outbuildings. • Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. • Perform routine maintenance on boilers, such as replacing burners or hoses, installing replacement parts, or reinforcing structural weaknesses to ensure optimal boiler efficiency. • Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions. • Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. • Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges. • Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices. • Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. • Plan and lay out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams. • Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, or tools. • Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts. • Assemble boilers at installation sites, using tools such as levels, plumb bobs, hammers, torches, or other hand tools. • Lay brick to repair or maintain buildings, walls, arches, or other structures. • Position, attach, or blow insulating materials to prevent energy losses from buildings, pipes, or other structures or objects. |

Applicants may be interviewed for the job opportunity Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Hourly work schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Three-Fourths Guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. |
