Job Duties: PROVIDE TRAINING DIRECTION, ENCOURAGEMENT, MOTIVATION & ADVISE, TO PREPARE ATHLETES FOR GAMES, COMPETITIVE EVENTS, OR TOURS. PLAN, ORGANIZE, & CONDUCT PRACTICE SESSIONS. PLAN & DIRECT PHYSICAL CONDITIONING PROGRAMS THAT WILL ENABLE ATHLETES TO ACHIEVE MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE. TRAVELS WITH & DIRECTS THE NATIONAL TEAMS DURING TRAININGS AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS IN DEDEDO, GUAM (POSTAL CODE 96912), BUNKYO-KU, TOKYO JAPAN (POSTAL CODE 113 8311), AND MANILA, PHILIPPINES (POSTAL CODE 1771), AND OTHER COUNTRIES FOR INTERNATIONAL MATCHES ORGANIZED BY THE ASIAN FOOTBALL CONFEDERATION (AFC), AND EAST ASIAN FOOTBALL FEDERATION (EAFF). COORDINATE ATHLETIC OR SPORTING EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES. WILL SUPERVISE 3 PERSONNEL: (A) 1 ASST. COACH – TRAINING & EDUCATION; (B) 1 ASST. COACH – GRASSROOTS & ELITE; & (C) 1 ASST. COACH – WOMEN’S FOOTBALL. WORK SCHEDULE IS FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00A.M. TO 6:00 P.M.

Qualification Requirements: KNOWLEDGE OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF SOCCER GAMES, KNOWLEDGE ON PROPER TRAINING AND ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE TECHNIQUES TO IMPROVE ATHLETE’S PERFORMANCE. PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL COACHING OR “A” COACHING CERTIFICATE REQUIRED. MAY BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO COUNTRIES SPECIFIED IN THE JOB DUTIES. CAPABLE OF SUPERVISING PERSONNEL FOR: (A) TRAINING & EDUCATION; (B) GRASSROOTS & ELITE; AND (C) WOMEN’S FOOTBALL. BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN SPORTS SCIENCE, PHYSICAL EDUCATION, OR RELATED FIELD. WITH TWO (2) YEARS MINIMUM COACHING EXPERIENCE, AND TWELVE (12) MONTHS OF TRAINING REQUIRED.

For transportation, daily pick-up from the worker’s place to NMIFA in 4627 As Gonno Road, Koblerville, and back will be provided in compliance with all applicable Federal and Commonwealth laws and regulations.
Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025. THREE FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays or the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work upon completion of the work contract. Or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
