| Job Duties: | PERFORM CLEANING DUTIES TO COMMERCIALESTABLISHMENT, SUCH APARTMENTS, OFFICES,AND RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS IN A CLEAN AND ORDERLY MANNER. DUTIES MAY INCLUDES CLEAN ROOMS, RESTROOMS, DINING ROOMS, AND OTHER WORK AREAS SO THAT HEALTH STANDARDS ARE MET. EMPTY WASTE BASKET, AND TRANSPORT OTHER TRASH AND WASTES TO DISPOSAL AREAS. CLEAN RAGS, CARPETS, UPOHOLSTERED FURNITURE AND DRAPERIES USING VACUUM CLEANERS AND SHAMPOOERS. DUST AND POLISH FURNITURES AND EQUIPMENTS. WASH WINDOWS, WALLS, CEILINGS AND WOODWORKS. WAXING AND POLISHING AS NESCESSARY. SWEEP SCRUB, WAX OR POLISH FLOORS USING BROOMS, MOPS OR POWERED SCRUBBING AND WAXING. WASH DISHES AND CLEAN KITCHEN, COOKING UTENSILS AND SILVERWARE. POLISH SILVER ACCESSORIES AND METAL WORKS SUCH AS FIXTURES AND FITTINGS. SORT CLOTHING AND OTHER ARTICLES. LOAD WASHING MACHINE AND IRON AND FOLD DRIED ITEMS. | Comments: | This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or is terminated for cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of the work contract, as provided under Subsection 655.423(f). The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee’s origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). The employer will provide without charge or deposit charge; all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(k).
