| Job Duties: | MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKER, GENERAL - CERTIFICATE Do all maintenance work for buildings, like maintenance for electrical system, repair, upgrade (if necessary), change of malfunction lighting fixtures, switches, outlet, checking power, system, maintaining proper electrical system, plumbing, air conditioning for the building. Do some plumbing works, changes of plumbing fixtures(if needed), repair of plumbing leaking, cleaning of air conditioning units, for maintenance, to avoid malfunctions, changes of ceilings, partitions, as per building owners request. All work are related to construction, skilled worker activities, in any field of building construction |
