| Job Title: | Maintenance Technician |
| Job Duties: | Perform preventive maintenance or service, such as cleaning, lubricating, or adjusting equipment. Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance. Order materials, supplies, or equipment. Install machine or equipment replacement parts. Read technical information needed to perform maintenance or repairs. Assemble electrical components, subsystems, or systems. Clean equipment, parts, or tools to repair or maintain them in good working order. Troubleshoot equipment or systems operation problems. Test, evaluate and classify excess or in-use medical equipment and determine serviceability, condition and disposition in accordance with regulations. Test or calibrate components of equipment, following manufacturer's manuals and trouble shooting techniques, using hand tools, power tools, or measuring devices. Keep records of maintenance, repair and required updates of equipment. Perform corrective maintenance, diagnose, troubleshoot and probable repairs on assigned equipment's. Estimate costs for labor or materials. Lubricate equipment to allow proper functioning. Record information about parts, materials or repair procedures. Install electrical components, equipment, or systems. Repair electrical circuits or wiring. Other duties may assigned. |

May also assign to perform preventive maintenance duties outside Saipan, CNMI such as Rota Health Center in Rota, CNMI and Tinian Health Center in Tinian, CNMI. Willing to Work on Flexible schedule.
