| Job Duties: | Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Submits to top management analysis of financial reports, which may be required on a periodic basis. Coordinates with the main office regarding reports on finances of the company, must ensure proper implementation of the established accounting policies and procedure. Highly familiar with CNMI taxes to ensure compliance, knowledgeable in CNMI regulations: pertaining to licenses and permit, pertaining to labor rules and regulation as to computation of wages and salaries for payroll, as well as entry permits of manpower-guest worker, proficient in English language as to be able to prepare correspondences for business proposal and collection and others, preferably with knowledge in sales and marketing as to be able to prepare proposal, do sales call, follow up payment and collections, do invoicing, inventory of stocks and report to the management daily sales and revenues of the company. Familiar with accounting software such as Excel, Peachtree and Word, Does other related works as assigned by the management. |
