| Job Duties: | Will perform the ff.duties under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. Direct and supervises activities of workers engaged in operating,maintaining facilities, and equipment in building such as apartment,houses,hotel,or office building and golf course.Inspect equipment to determine need and extend of service equipment required,verifies number operations and maintenance personnel needed. Trains and supervises building service personnel. Assigns workers for maintenance,repairs,renovations. Compiles records of labor and material cost in operating buildings and issues cost reports to the manager. Submit and prepares reports required by government agencies. Check and supervises the proper maintenance of all generators. Prepares and submit employees work schedules and time sheets for payroll periods. Directs project to verify adherence to specifications.Does other various related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned and directed by the manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employer Preference: Applicant must be high school graduate or Associate degree graduate. Preferred to have knowledge and experienced in operating and maintaining generators and other various equipments of the hotel and golf course.
