| Job Duties: | 1) Clean and inspect galley equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functional operation. Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils. 2) Apportion and serve food to facility residents, employees, or patrons. 3) Cook foodstuffs according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portions to be served. 4) Clean, cut, and cook meat, fish, or poultry. 5) Monitor use of government food commodities to ensure that proper procedures are followed. 6) Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and other cooking equipment. 7) Compile and maintain records of food use and expenditures. 8) Direct activities of one or more workers who assist in preparing and serving meals. 9) Bake breads, rolls, and other pastries. 10) Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. 11) Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles. 12) Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity. 13) Take food and drink orders and receive payment from customers. 14) Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook food according to instructions. 15) Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking. 16) Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared. 17) Cook and package batches of food, such as hamburgers and fried chicken, which are prepared to order or kept warm until sold. 18) Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously.19) Train new employees. 20) May require to assist other co-workers during business perk hours. |

Also, applicants must have good personal character of greeting customers, particularly tourists politely and professionally in a culture acceptance and understand daily basic Chinese language. Due to our 24-hour hotel business operations, applicants must enable to work at a flexible-hour schedule as assigning by the management in according to the business demand.
