| Job Duties: | Keep premises of office building in clean and orderly condition. Perform all aspect of janitorial services both routine and special, for all contract-awarded projects. Clean floors by sweeping, moping, carpet cleaning / steaming / shampooing, dusting in all areas of the premises. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees, gather and empty trash. Recommend cleaning products / tools replacement; change all alternatives to achieve best cleaning result. Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Prepare and submit report as maybe required. Other related duties as maybe assigned. |
