Job Duties: In-charge of food preparation and cooking. Supervises kitchen helpers during set-up and clean up of meals. Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and other cooking equipment. Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, rhetermalizer and breading machines. Prepare and mix the marination of products based on set cooking standards and procedures. May require to assist other co-workers during business peak hours.

Qualification Requirements: Employer Preference: (3) months experience in fastfood operation is required. Must be willing to work on flexible days and flexible hours. A pre-employment test is required.
