| Job Title: | Lead Terminal Operator 53-7071.00 |
| Job Duties: | Assists in the overall operations of the bulk plant facility. Prepares for and conducts integrity inspections of all hoses, pumps, valves, slop tanks, pipelines, tanks and appurtenances before, during and after transfer operations. Ensures all systems are intact and safe to use at all times. Performs all product quality control tests, procedures, documentation and record keeping as called for in the Aviation Service Manual (ASM) and WIMS Operations Manual guidelines. Performs tank gauging, product/water sampling, water draining, and corresponding documetnation as required to ensure product quantity and quality integrity as per HCP and PQMS. Performs transferring, emptying, cleaning, pump back, draining and flushing of oil water separator, tank trucks, storage tanks, filter water separator, etc. Assists in the receipt/issuance of documentation of all import/export cargoes. Performs product hauling/unloading/loading from/to commercial port, tanker berth, cutomer and supplier's locations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employer Preference: Must have at least 1 year experience in major industrial facility or plant operations business. Must possess Tanker Discharge Training to TDO Qualification, Work Control Permit Training to WCP Permit Writer Qualification, PCM Systems knowledge and Inventory Control Training, Advance training in electrical or mechanical maintenance and repair, and training or experience in longshoremen or marine support industry. O-Net: Title Job Zone Two: Some Preparation Needed Overall Experience Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience may be helpful in these occupations, but usually is not needed. For example, a teller might benefit from experience working directly with the public, but an inexperienced person could still learn to be a teller with little difficulty.
