Job Duties: Supervise and coordinates activities of workers engaged in one or more occupation in a gas station and a retail store, establish or adjust work hour procedures to meet production goals using knowledge and capacities of machines and equipments. Recommends, initiates personnel actions, direct and supervise employee’s engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers, inventory stock of fuel and reorder fuel when inventory drops to specified level. Keeps records of purchases, sales and requisitions. Enforce safety, health and security rules. Examine products purchased for resale or received for storage to assess the condition of each product or item. Provide excellent customer service. Assisting customer and responding to inquiries and complaints. Dose other related work assigned.
