Job Duties: CLEANS INTERIORS AND EXTERIORS OF TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES, SUCH AS AIRPLANES, AUTOMOBILES, BUSES, RAILROAD CARDS, AND STREETCARDS. CLEANS INTERIOR OFEHICLE, USING BROOM, CLOTH, MOP, AND VACCUM CLEANER. CLEANS WINDOWS WITH WATER, CLEANSING COMPOUNDS, AND CLOTHOR CHAMOIS. REPLENSIHES SANITARY SUPPLIES IN VEHICLE COMPARTMENTS. REMOVES DUST, GREASE, AND OIL FROM EXTERIOR SURFACES OF VEHICLES, USING STEAM-CLEANING EQUIPMENT, OR BY SPRAYING OR WASHING VEHICLES, USING SPRAYING EQUIPMENT, BRUSH OR SPONGE. PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS REQUIRED OR ASSIGNED.Keep aircraft in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk. Monitor aircraft security and safety Service, clean, and supply restrooms. Gather and empty trash. Clean aircraft floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
