| Job Duties: | Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain grounds & turf of golf course in playing condition, Performs various grounds maintenance tasks to the golf course. Applies and seed to turf areas. Clears brush and trees . Mows right of ways, fairways, greens and other golf course areas. Plants flower, shrubs and trees. Water and fertilizes the green. Perform custodial work as removing trash and leaves from the course and around facilities and structures. Perform minor mechanical repairs and performs routine preventive maintenance to small gasoline engines in power mowers, pumps, Jacobsen machine, Toro mower, hand tools, carts. Repair roadways and patching pot holes, Perform rough carpentry, paints, replaces sign, repair fences. Any duties as assigned by supervisor. |

| Qualification Requirements: | •A Minimum of 3 months experience •Knowledge of the tools, turf equipment, methods and practices of grounds and turf maintenance on golf course grounds and facilities preferred. •Ability to work under varied climatic conditions •Ability to work well with others •Valid driver’s license is preferred.
