Job Duties: Supervises staff & handles operations daily; Inventory of fleet on all locations; Prepares Daily Business Reports daily; Audit previous day's DBR; Report presentation; Formulates, reviews, & implements strong internal control; Prepares weekly work schedule of employees; Follow-up all overdue car rentals; Monitor fleet status; Handles customer complaints; Pick-up &/or drop off customers when necessary; Other related tasks that may be assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Employer Preference: College graduate major in Marketing &/or Management; Must be multi-lingual preferably Japanese & English languages; At least 2 years work experience in the related field; Willing to work on a flexible time schedule, including graveyard/night shifts; Have a valid driver's license; Experience in supervising staff; Must be computer literate, knowledge in MS Excel & MS Word a must; Can handle pressure on screaming clients.
