Job Duties: Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of company. Formulate policies, manage daily operations. Oversee activities directly related to providing services such as diving. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties and other related duties.

Qualification Requirements: Employer Preference: 2 years experience as manager. College graduate with knowledge in speaking, reading and writing the Japanese language preferred for better communication with Japanese customers.
