Job Duties: Repair and maintenance of building electrical and pluming systems. Maintenance,maintaining and installation of commercial generator, boilers and laundry equipments. Do other related duties as instructed by the manager.

Qualification Requirements: Employer Preference: Must be a high school graduate or GED. Must be able to read, write and count. Must have knowledge on electrical, plumbing and commercial laundry equipment installation. Must know how to read electrical schematics for trouble shooting on equipments.
