Job Duties: Assists the manager with the general administration of the tour, restaurant & korean english learning school. Assists in conducting inspections to determine market readiness and implementing high quality standards of business operations.Assisting in the management of efficient operation and implementation of corporate policies and other related duties.

Qualification Requirements: Employer Preference: College graduate or equivalent. Strong knowledge of tour, learning school & restaurant business. Efficient communication with all levels of staffing office or on the field. Strong abilities in profiling tenant, evictions, rent collection, in charge of rent roll, bank deposit, as well as eviction. Extensive computer knowledge, experience in Office standard Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
