| Job Duties: | Analyze financial informationand prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profits and loss,tax liability,or financial activities within the organization. Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft Office and known-how application of the company's Accounting software,the SAP-R/3FICO System and Peachtree for Windows. Prepare,examine, and analyze accounting records,financial statements,and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and confoemance to reporting and procedural standards. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payments, reporting and other tax requirments. Analyze business operations, trends,costs,revenues,financial commitments,and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment. Establish tables of accounts,and assign entries to proper accounts. Develope, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports hat compare bubgeted costs to actual cost. Develope, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making us of current computer technology. Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs an dto recommend, develope, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems. Perform other related duties as required or assigned. |
