| Job Duties: | Over all in charge of company's operation. Conduct feasibility study for project proposal. Prepare project proposal, contract documentation and implimentation. Coordinate with clients regarding the specification of the project and other related matters. Prepare technical drawings for building permit requirement and shop drawings for project implementation. Prepare cash flow and cash analysis. Prepare project schedule, equipment and manpower requirements. Coordinate with government entities for permitting and for issuance of occupancey permit. Prepare and submit presentation drawings. Do all other duties that may arise during the course of project construction. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of construction. Must be able to prepare PERT-CPM or any other method of Project Scheduling. Must have a advance knowledge in using Autocad Software, Corel Draw X3 and MS Office. Must be a licensed Soil Percolation Tester and Commercial Pesticide Applicator. Must have knowledge in basic computer repair, software installation and computer graphics design. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
