Job Duties: Performs variety of repairs & maintenance work at the employer's office buildings & apartment houses; repairs & replaces woodworks, masonry, electrical & plumbing fixtures, paint exterior & interior of buildings, may cut & trim grass using power equipment or hand tools. Maintain generator & water system as required, may transpost small equipment or tools between departments, repairs plasters & lays bricks, build shed & other outbuildings, may set up tables & chairs, keep premises clean & orderly conditions & do other related duties as required or as assigned.
