| Job Duties: | Perform maintenance of building on a daily basis, perform both major and minor painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry, water pump maintenance, air-conditioning maintenance, fire alarm system maintenance, electronic control installation & maintenance and other related activities. Must be a self-starter and able to supervise others. Must be able to work flex hours and be on 24 hours call. Individual may have to work a total of not less than thirty-two (32) hours per week. |
