Job Duties: Inventory technician is trained to understand technology and features behind mobile handsets and equipments within the same scope. The technician must be able to support customers concerns and assists with the problems that are made aware to the common customer. Inventory technician’s responsibilities are designed to assist with technical aspects of Mobile Handsets and similar equipment: • Provisioning of handsets for all models • Providing handset support for software such as PRO Vision, Cell brite and equipment as well as understanding equipment and their relations to other handsets/ equipments/ software/ and computers such as Blackberry UPST, Nokia Phoenix, QPST, LG PRO, Motorola RSV lite, and so on • Providing customers with information, directions regarding the services and product organization as to how services and products may be obtained • Is responsible for the processing and order entry for all activations (I.e. units, long distance, internet, etc.) • Constantly attend and maintain all required product knowledge and systems training • Represent the company in initial contacts and demonstrate equipment to customers and explain how it is to be used, and respond to any inquiries or complaints. • Trouble shoot, service, repair or replace faulty equipments such as defective and damaged mobile phones, system components and pager problems • Assist with sending out repairs thru Envision and Citrix Programs • Adhere to all policies and procedures within the organization • Assist in other areas as tasked by immediate supervisor and/or other supervisory personnel as deemed necessary • Receiving and sending shipments to and from Guam • Monitoring and preparing on daily, weekly and monthly stocks inventory reports

Qualification Requirements: Employer Preference: • Must posses a high school diploma or it’s equivalent • Must have a strong background on troubleshooting/ provisioning and mobile phone/ pager repairs • Must be able to assist customers on internal and external with complete customer satisfaction • Must be able to work fulltime hours which may include evenings, weekends and holidays • Must have e broad knowledge of the organization’s services, resources, policies, and procedure to quickly resolve issues to the satisfaction of the company and adapt to new technology and procedures at a fast pace • Must be well oriented on Blackberry UPST, Nokia Phoenix, QPST, LG PRO, Motorola RSV lite • Must have background on Envision and Citrix data base program O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations.
