| Job Duties: | Direct and coordinates activities of Diving and Marine Sports to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits; plans and develops organizations' policies and goals, and implements goals through subordinates. Coordinates with local and Japan tour agents for the company's promotions and pricing changes. Analyzes and studies current market demandsin order to obtain competitive position in the industry; Prepare monthly management report to Japan Head office; attend and discuss company's status meeting at the head office. Takes care of claims from guests and tour agents. Attend to VIP customers - from diving to entertaining. And other related duties. |
