Job Duties: Keep building clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampping rugs, washing walls and glass. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floor and fixtures. Notify manager concerning the need for major repairs or addition to building operating system. requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Gather and empty trash. Clean and polish furnitures and fixtures. Clean windows, glass partition and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges. Dust furnitures, walls, machines and equipment. mix water and detergent or adds in containers to prepare cleaning solution, according to specification.
