| Job Duties: | Repairs and replaces defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools or reassemble equipments. Perform routine preventive maintenance, building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of the building does not deteriorate. Uses tools ranging from the common hand power tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches, electrical and electronic devices. Assembles, install or repair wirings, electrical component, pipe system and plumbing, machinery and equipment. Inspect, operate or test machinery and equipment to check the malfunction of such machine. Repairs and maintains the physical structure of the the commercial or industrial establishment such as apartment units and the warehouses. Repairs plasters and lay bricks. Replaces defective electrical switches and other fixtures. Duties includes bush cutting, plumbing, electrical work, minor repairs at apartment units and other related duties assigned from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employer Preference: Must have two years or more years of work experience. Must have the knowledge for machines and tools used for repairs and maintenance. Can perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed or required especially electrical problems within the premises. Can work flexible schedules. Must be responsible, dependable and reliable to the assigned tasks. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
