Job Duties: Manages the day to day operation of the store.Supervise employees in performing their duties.Plans and prepares work schedules and assign employees to specific duties.Formulates pricing policies on merchandise according to requirements for profitability of the store.Set goals for sales,service environment,merchandise movements,and expense controls.Supervises and as well participates in the unloading of trucks,sorting of merchandise,stocking shelves,ticketing merchandise,re merchandising and the reconciliation of all cash and inventory transactions.Ensures that all paperwork is processed within a timely manner according to company guidelines.Follow up on receiving discrepancies,damaged goods and damage claims. Prepare some orders from supplier.maintains monthly operating reports that includes statistics on store performance.Oversee preparation of merchandise orders,placement and display.
