| Job Duties: | (Insurance and Accounting Service business)Prepare agendas and minutes of meeting. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries using good command of English language. Write letters and correspondences to various agencies, firms related or business associates, or customers of the Company. Must be proficient in writing and speaking English. Knowledge in basic tax preparation is a must, may prepare payroll for clients using excel and other program with spreadsheet. Perform basic bookkeeping work such as record of check disbursements, daily transaction sales and payables, bank reconciliation, inventory and able to read financial statement and transmit it to spreadsheet, data base, or presentation software. Knowledge in non life insurance such as auto, workmen’s compensation, fire and other liability, able to serve clients with insurance needs. Prepare insurance production report monthly and other report s important to insurance business may assist in collection of premiums. Hard working, punctual, pleasing personality and willing to work at the schedule arranged by the management and do other related duties as assigned. |
