| Job Duties: | Primary cleint contact calling and relationship officer responsible for building relationships with existing clients Primary client contact calling and relationship officer responsible for building relationships with existing clients and soliciting new business prospects. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required. Manages client relationships and maintenance of loan portfolio. Performs ongoing reviews of various credit agreements and other documents for compliance with covenants. Oversees the proper documentation, closing and disbursement of loans. Manages portfolio credit quality. Prepares formal written loan requests and memos to file and assists in the structuring, pricing and recommending of commercial credit requests. Analyzes pertinent credit information, financial statements, and related data to evaluate requests for credit. Builds relationships with existing referral sources and cultivates new referral sources both internally and externally. Participates in community and/or trade organizations. Assists in the supervision and training of staff members. Assists in the forecasting, scheduling, and coordination of resources within a group or department. |
