Job Duties: Operate or tend washing or dry-cleaning machines to wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles, such as cloth garments, suede, leather, furs, blankets, draperies, fine linens, rugs, and carpets. Receive and mark articles for laundry or dry cleaning with identifying code numbers or names, using hand or machine markers. Start washers, dry cleaners, driers, or extractors, and turn valves or levers to regulate machine processes and the volume of soap, detergent, water, bleach, starch, and other additives. Sort and count articles removed from dryers, and fold, wrap, or hang them. Examine and sort into lots articles to be cleaned, according to color, fabric, dirt content, and cleaning technique required. Load articles into washers or dry-cleaning machines, or direct other workers to perform loading. Mix and add detergents, dyes, bleaches, starches, and other solutions and chemicals to clean, color, dry, or stiffen articles. Clean machine filters, and lubricate equipment. Remove items from washers or dry-cleaning machines, or direct other workers to do so. Operate extractors and driers, or direct their operation. Inspect soiled articles to determine sources of stains, to locate color imperfections, and to identify items requiring special treatment. heavy cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting mopping, scrubbing polishing and vacuming of facilities. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of laundry equipment. Perform routine check up of water supply in tanks; ensure there is adequate supplyof water for daily use in laundry facilities. Perform routine check up of LPG supply inn tanks; ensure the there is adequate supply for daily use in laundry facilities. Perform trouble shooting in case of equipment malfunction such as water pump, washers, LPG dryers and electrical equipment. Perform safe operation and maintenance of laundry equipment. Assist customers in case of troble in laundry equipment operations. Estimate number of loads for washing and drying received from customers and compute corresponding amount for services. Return clean laundry to customers, present bill and accept payments. Perform washing and drying of clothes received from clients. Follow procedures for chemicals cleaners; mix water/detergents or acids in containers to prepared cleaning solutions. Assist customers in LPG dispatch; issues invoice and receipt for sales. Notify management of major repairs as needed. Requisition supplies for laundry and maintenance. At closing time ensure that the facilities are properly secure. Must be on time and willing to work on a flexible scheduled. Limited asbsences to a minimum only on day off given. Must know how to make daiy report.

Qualification Requirements: Employer Preference: bring resume, police clearance and certification of employment. Must be experience in commerciasl laundry operations. Must have knowledge in laundry equipment operations, both electrical and LPG powered equipment. Must have knowledge in basic Math. Must have good social skills and have good moral conduct character. Must be honest, dependable, presentable hardworking. must be able to present three character references.
