| Job Duties: | Direct and coordinates activities of a restaurant and tour agency business to obtain optimum efficiency and econmy of operation and maximize profits. Plans develop and implement through subordinates organizational policies and goals. Directs and coordinates preparation of marketing promotion for the restaurant to develop new market, increase share market and to obtain competitive position in the industry. Report to the management on a regular basis the financial aspects of business and its operations. Must be able to understand report on financial statements, able to interpret, analyze and make recommendations to increase revenues, in case of expansion, able to recommend products or service saleable to food customer. Highly experience in determining and adhering to safety measure inside and outside premises of the restaurant and also to tour agency business, able to foresee contingencies that may put tourist/clients in danger, all thee to prevent liabilities on the part of the Company. Understand and communicate well with customers, particularly Japanese tourist, computer literate and willing to work on flexible including holiday and weekends. Other related duties as assigned. |
