| Job Duties: | To maintain grounds and turf of golf course in playing condition. Operate powered equipment such as mowers,tractors,carts,chainsaws,electric clippers and other equipments. Mow and edge lawns,using power mowers and edgers. Care for established lawns by aerating,weeding,trimming and edging around flowerbeds, walks and walls. Prune and trim trees,shrubs,and hedges using shears,prunes or chainsaws. Gather and remove litters. Maintain and repair tools,equipment and structures such as building,greenhouses,fences,and benches using hand and power tools. Mix and spray fertilizers,herbicides,fungicides or insecticides onto the grass,shrubs,and trees using hand,sprayers or spreaders. Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks,drive ways, parking lots,planters and other ground features.Will perform other related duties as assigned and directed by the superiors. |
