| Job Duties: | To manage the various businesses of the company such as insurance, accounting service and document handling, from hiring personnel, to accounting works, sales and marketing. Well experienced in managing insurance business, life and non-life, familiar with underwriting policies, analyze various risk involved in insuring properties and extending protection base on contingencies, knowledge in computing premiums and commissions. Manage accounting service business by applying principles of accounting to analyze financial information and schedule preparation of financial reports for each client, see to it that clients are advise on proper taxes to file, compute, submit, prepare and comply with taxes requirements. Arrange to payroll service preparation and computation for clients. For document handling, must be familiar with labor rules and regulations pertaining to processing of the entry permit in the CNMI, familiar with government regulation s pertaining to licenses, permits and visas, assist investors in all its requirements to organized, established and conduct legitimate businesses in the CNMI, may advise clients on proper procedure in applying for licenses and permits, prepare business proposals, read and analyze financial aspect of the business and is responsible for overall operations and activities of the Company. Other related duties as maybe assigned. |
