| Job Duties: | Monitor food distribution. Clean and sterilize dishes,kitchen utensils, equipments and facilities. Examines tray to ensure they contain require items. Place food serving on plates and tray according to order or instruction. Load tray with accessories such as eating utensils, napkins and comdiments. Remove trays and stack dishes for return to kitchen after meals are finished. Monitor food preparation and serving techniques to ensure proper precedures are follow. Perform other related duties as assign. |
