| Job Duties: | Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other periodic financial reports. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses and provide quantitative advice to management. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets. Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping activities. Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, or maintain solutions to business and financial problems. Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions undelying budget forecasts. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employer Preference: 4 years college degree in Accounting. Must have at least 4 years experience in general accounting. Can work with use of accounting softwares such as Intuit Quickbooks and Sage Software BusinessWorks and other programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Japanese language speaking and writing preferred.
