| Job Duties: | Installs,maintains and repairs all air condition units and similar appliances on school campus on a regular basis, cleans up all classrooms, offices and restrooms, conducts frequent ground maintenance and not limited to picking of debris,mowing of lawn,trimming trees and shrubs,picks up and delivers all incoming and outgoing mails and documents,orders and delivers to respective classrooms and offices water supplies,assists in all the school sanction activities, conducts necessary building repairs on as needed basis,repairs leaking of faucets and other necessary plumbing activities,ensures that all restrooms have running water on a daily basis,ensures that all school vehicles and ground equipment are maintained regularly,opens all school entrance gates daily as per scheduled activities of the school and performs other duties assigned. |
