| Job Duties: | Key Responsibilities: Ensures Satisfied Customers All the Time 1. Delivers Service with a friendly attitude and connecting with the customer. Responds to customer needs and says thank you to every customer. 2. Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests product with every customer to enhance service and meet your sales goals. 3. Assists customers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee beverages, bakery item and food (as applicable). 4. Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Qualifications Candidate must have a positive attitude and be guest oriented. Must possess a passion for providing excellent customer service. Must maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards at all times. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(English) used in the workplace. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must possess basic computational ability. Must be able to exert well-paced mobility in limited space. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and subordinates. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. High school or equivalent education required. Previous experience with Micros POS system is an asset. Previous cash handling experience would be an asset. Previous Coffee Shop experience would be an asset. At least 3 months of food-customer service required. O-Net: Title Job Zone One: Little or No Preparation Needed Overall Experience No previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations.
