| Job Duties: | Responsible for the over all day to day operation from 8;00AM-5;00PM and beyond of the company; deal with tenants, prospective buyer, do liaison with government and private agencies. Prepare and impliment marketing plan and strategies to increase occupany rate of existing condo, houses, and apartment units and to increase profitable of the company's operation. Prepare financial report of the company (income statements,balance sheet, journal entries, analysis of the accocunt and assets of the company). Responsible for the preparation and filing of necessary taxes of the company. Prepare annual budget plan for the operation of the company. Responsible for the day to day schedule of the maintenance staff. Prepare the necessary repair and improvement of the building and deal with contractor if necessary. Supervise the construction/improvement of the building construction, like carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical works. Supervise the gardener, make recommendation for the landscaping of the premises. Supervise maintenance and other staff of the company and impliment personnel policies including hiring and firing of rank file employees. Report directly to the President and/or Chairman of the Board of the company at least monthly or as often as needed. May perform other related duties as required if needed. |
