| Job Duties: | Responsible for the emergency needs of the tenants beyond the hour schedule. Repair and maintain the physical structure of the office building, houses, apartment and the premises using power and hand tools. Repair and clean the air conditioning, refrigerator, range, washer, dryer, tv set, and other electronics and equipment in the company. Repair and replace electrical cable/line, pipe, switches, of the building structure. Repair and replace cabinets, floor tile, and other carpentry work of the building structure. Repair or replace faucets, water pipes, and other plumbing works of the building. Maintain and clean generator, water pump and deep well of the company. Clean daily the swimming pool and check the water condition of the swimming pool. Responsible to the government agencies for the condition of the deepp well. Repair or remove and painting the building structure. Do gardening, like planting, trimming, bush cutting and other related groung maintenance of the premises. Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the machinery or tools for the ground. May perform other related duties as required. |
