Job Duties: Overall operation of front personnel and related matters in assisting guests in reservation. Coordination with travel agents and tour to confirm reservation. Assign duties and shift for workers and observe performance to ensire adherence to hotel policies and estanlished operating procedure. Attend the yearly tour symposium in Japan to promo the hotel, work closely with the marketing manager in the preparation of the tour package and campaign advertisments of the company emenities to attract tourist from abroad. Must be graduated with degree in hotel management of 3 years of hotel management experience, and other related duties as assigned. Must speak and write Japanese.
