Job Duties: Provide transportation arrangement to VIP's and hotel guests at the Airport and FERRY DOCK. Assists in customs and immigration clearance for VIP's coordinates with driver and casino guest relation staff to provide quality service. Maintains good relationship with airline staffs, hotel information center, airport police and pertinent authorities on behalf of the hotel. Provide necessary information about airport activities to the hotel. Assists hotel affiliated guests at arrival gate with the picket if necessary. Performs other related duties that may be assigned
