Inspect work areas and operating equipment to ensure conformance to established standards in area such as cleanliness and maintenance. Train workers in proper operational procedures and functions and explain company policies. Apply customr/guest feedback to service improvement efforts. Requisition necessary supplies, equipment and services. Analyze and record personnel and operational data, and write related activity reports. May provide beauty services such as shampooing, cutting, coloring, and styling hair and massaging and treating scalp in the event of peak period or short of staff and other related duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employer Preference: College graduate with 2 years experience working and providing services in a Beauty Salon.
