| Job Duties: | Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in the dining room personnel. Prepare schedules on dining reservation,parties,and other functions. Listen and resolve customer complaints regarding food services. Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Conduct meeting from time to time. Prepare work schedules and keep tract of employee record, Prepare time sheets for payroll periods. Inspect and check supplies,equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards. Control inventories of food,equipment,tableware,and liquor and report shortages to designated personnel. Assign duties,responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements. Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage,and establish procedures to alleviate these problems.Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Will perform other related duties as assigned and directed. |

Applicant must have cutomer-service skills.
