| Job Duties: | Perform preventive maintenance as per manufacturers manual. Conduct Dianostics and repair as necessary. Assembles, positions, and mounts heating or cooling equipment. Inspect and tests system to verify system compliance with plans and specification. Install auxilliary components to heating-cooling system such expansion and discharge valve, aird duct, blowers etc. Repair or replaces defectives equipments. Perform other task as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employer Preference: At least two years experience in boilers & AC/AHU maintenance and repairs and electrical. EPA AC licensed prefered.
