| Job Duties: | Manages the whole operation of the establishment. Coordinates quality service activities of the company. Confers with preparation and other personnel to plan product and related activities such as marketing and or operations. Directs hiring and assignment of personnel. Investigates and resolves product quality and service complaints. May review financial transactions and monitor budget to ensure efficient operation and to ensure expenditures stay within budget limitations. Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand. Obtain new ways to improve efficiency and maximize profits. Establish corporate management plans and objectives. Implement approved corporated policies. Perform other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employer Preference: College gradutate and with minimum of two years work related skill, knowledge and experience, specifically in tattoo business. Must have a diploma and/or certificate and rigid training on tattoo arts and tattoo making products. Excellent communication skills and customer service dealings, preferably can speak Japanese, Korean, Chinese and English fluently. Excellent knowledge in computer; Aggressive and with strong leadership. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations.
